DSG 754 - Aquatic Spectre

Spectre, Wraith, Ghost, Apparition, whatever. Photoshop, roughly 1h, had fun with it, too. I like the hair of the ghost girl and most of her dress, too. Only thing maybe is that she could look more 'drowned', meaning wet. But that's not to say I'm not content right now.
